All class schedules, offerings, and availability may change at any time. Our monthly membership provides four classes within a 30‑day cycle, allows one skipped class to roll over into the next session, includes priority booking, and becomes non‑refundable once the cycle begins. All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers, and all sales are final. Class reservations must be made in advance, and we may cancel or reschedule classes when necessary; if we do, a replacement class or credit will be provided. We may photograph or film students during classes and events for promotional use across digital and print platforms unless consent is withdrawn in writing, after which future use will cease were reasonably possible. Users agree not to engage in unlawful, disruptive, or harmful behavior on our website or in studio spaces, and we may restrict access to our services at our discretion. All website content, including text, images, branding, and media, is the property of Heels Up Dance Studio and may not be copied or used without permission. While we strive to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted website access, we do not guarantee error‑free operation and are not liable for downtime, inaccuracies, or losses arising from website use. Participation in dance classes and physical activity involves inherent risks, and by attending classes you acknowledge these risks and agree that the studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur.
